Discovery & Scope Confirmation
The process begins with a conversation — by phone or email, whichever works best for you. This is where we establish the project goals, target audience, deliverables, timeline, and expectations. Nothing moves forward until scope is explicitly confirmed by both parties.
Research & Outline
Every piece of content developed by Empower Health Studio is evidence based. Before writing begins, thorough research is conducted and a structured outline is submitted for your review and approval. This ensures alignment before significant work is invested.
Writing
With the outline approved, full content development begins. All writing is clinically accurate, clearly written, and appropriate for the intended audience and population.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Revision scope is defined during discovery to ensure the process remains focused and efficient for both parties.
Final Delivery
Completed content is delivered in your preferred format. Final delivery follows receipt of remaining payment per the agreed payment schedule.
Timelines
Project timelines are established during discovery based on scope. General ranges:
- Fact sheets and single page guides — 1 to 2 weeks
- Health education materials and parent guides — 2 to 3 weeks
- Staff training presentations — 2 to 4 weeks
- Health curriculum content — 4 to 6 weeks
